Alfred credits and memory
Last updated: August 2026
Alfred is the Happy Diabetes educational assistant. It can help you understand concepts, organize information, and prepare better questions. It is not a medical decision-maker.
Daily credits
Your plan gives you a daily Alfred allowance. Text messages usually cost less than messages with files or images because attachments require heavier AI analysis.
If your credits are exhausted, wait for the next reset shown in the app or check whether a paid plan better matches your usage.
What Alfred may remember
When memory is available, Alfred can retain useful context from your conversations, such as learning preferences or recurring topics. This is meant to make future answers less generic.
Do not use Alfred memory for passwords, payment details, identity documents, or emergency information.
Clear Alfred memory
To review or delete remembered information:
- Open Settings → Alfred memory.
- Remove one item or clear the memory if you want Alfred to start fresh.
Clearing memory does not replace deleting your whole account. For account exports and deletion, use data and privacy.
If Alfred says something unsafe
Do not act on an answer that seems risky, confusing, or inconsistent with your care plan. Compare with reliable sources and contact your care team for health decisions.
You can read use AI safely for the full safety framing.
