Diabetes tips

This smoothie hits the 30-minute post-workout recovery window: banana provides fast-acting glucose while whey supports muscle protein synthesis. Use your usual dosing method agreed with your care team — post-exercise insulin sensitivity is enhanced. Peanut butter’s fat may slightly delay the glycemic peak; log your smoothie and post-workout CGM readings in your journal to identify your response pattern.
