Diabetes tips

Carbs come mainly from the apple and vegetables (LOW GI), with good fiber content. Enter the carbs into your usual dosing method. The fiber from spinach and apple slows glucose absorption. Drink alongside a protein-rich breakfast to further flatten the curve. Log in your journal to track your response.
