Manage notifications

Last updated: August 2026

Notifications help you follow app activity without needing to keep every page open. You can choose what is useful and turn off what is not.

Open notification settings

To review your choices:

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Settings → Notifications.
  3. Adjust email and push notification options.

Some notifications depend on your browser, device, and operating system permissions.

Push notifications

Push notifications may not work in every browser or private browsing mode. If a test notification fails, check browser permissions first, then system notification settings.

If you use Brave or another privacy-focused browser, extra browser settings can block push notifications.

Email notifications

Email notifications can help for account events, report reminders, and product messages you have allowed. If you do not receive them, check spam filters and whether the email linked to your account is still active.

Lock-screen privacy

Health-related app notifications can reveal more than you expect on a locked screen. Use your device settings if you want to hide notification previews.

Change your mind anytime

You can return to notification settings later. Turning off notifications does not delete your account data.
