Upload glycemic reports

Happy Diabetes can help you review a CGM or pump report by making patterns easier to read. The analysis is educational and should be checked against the original report before you use it in a conversation with your healthcare team.

Prepare the file

Before uploading, choose the clearest report available:

A PDF export is usually easier to read than a screenshot.
The file should show dates, glucose patterns, and summary metrics.
Avoid cropped, blurry, password-protected, or very low-contrast files.
If the report has several pages, include the pages that show the overview and daily patterns.

Upload the report

Go to the glycemic reports area in Happy Diabetes, choose the upload action, and select your file. Keep the page open while the upload and analysis are running.

If the upload fails, try a smaller or clearer version of the file. You can also export the report again from your CGM or pump platform.

Common reasons an analysis fails

An analysis may fail or return limited results when:

The file is incomplete or unreadable.
The image is too blurry.
The report does not contain enough dates or summary metrics.
The file format is not supported by the upload flow.
The report comes from a layout the parser does not recognize yet.

Read results with caution

Use the result as a structured reading aid. Compare it with the original report and your own experience before drawing conclusions.

Do not change treatment decisions only because of an app-generated report summary. If a result could influence care, discuss it with your healthcare team.
